What exists now, and what would exist at launch
This page separates the two, because most pre-launch health sites blur them. Everything in the first section is real today. Everything in the second is a plan, and the plan has a condition attached that has not been met.

Step 1
You read a guide
Free, no signup, no paywall, no email required. Each guide is built from named published sources and lists them at the end, with the country and the population each figure was measured in.
Step 2
You take it to your own clinician
The guides are written to make one appointment go better: which threshold applies to you, which test to ask about, what to write down beforehand. Your clinician orders tests, not us.
Step 3
You join the waitlist, or you do not
The waitlist is free, is not a purchase, and requests no care. It records an email and two optional answers, and it sets the order people are contacted in if Sehat ever launches.
That is the whole of it. There is no intake form, no questionnaire that ends in a recommendation, no test to order and no checkout anywhere on this site.
Why a brand for this at all
The threshold problem is specific and fixable
The American Diabetes Association already says testing should be considered from a BMI of 23 in people of Asian ancestry with one or more risk factors, against 25 otherwise.[1] That guidance exists. What often does not happen is the test.
It matters because there is usually nothing to feel. NIDDK states that people with insulin resistance and prediabetes usually have no symptoms.[2] A condition with no symptoms and a threshold that gets applied inconsistently is a measurement problem, and measurement problems are the kind a service can actually fix.
What we are not claiming
- Not that we will prescribe where others will not. Off-label decisions belong to a clinician with a specific patient in front of them, and no marketing page can make that call in advance.
- Not that we can match you with a clinician who shares your language or background. That capability is not built, and we will not promise it until it is.
- Not that any of this prevents anything. The guides report what named studies measured. A measured result is not a promise about you.

A real clinician, licensed in your state, reviewing your results and your history. If the answer is that nothing is needed, that is the answer, and it is a good outcome.

The programs listed on the pricing page open only after launch. Which one fits, or whether any fits, is a clinical judgment about one person, never a menu choice.

The condition on launching
Sehat launches care only with South Asian clinical leadership
Two roles have to be filled before Sehat treats anyone: a South Asian co-founder with standing in the community, holding real equity, and a South Asian endocrinologist or cardiologist as chief medical officer. Both, not one. That search is open right now, and neither role is filled.
