What this site is
Sehat is a health education website in preview. It publishes free guides about cardiometabolic risk and offers a free waitlist. It does not provide medical care, does not run a clinical practice, does not order or perform laboratory tests, and does not sell anything.
No medical advice and no clinician relationship
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and reading it does not create a clinician and patient relationship. The guides describe published research about populations. They cannot tell you what is true about your own body. Decisions about testing and treatment belong to a licensed clinician who knows your history.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this site for anything urgent.
No care is available
Sehat has no clinicians, no chief medical officer, and no medical reviewer, and it will not launch care without South Asian clinical leadership. Any program described on this site is a plan, not a service you can obtain today, and any price shown is a planned figure that may change before launch.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free, is not a purchase, and is not a request for care. It creates no obligation on either side. Sehat may never launch, in which case the waitlist simply ends and the addresses on it are deleted.
Accuracy, and what to do if we get something wrong
Every figure published here is attributed to a named source with a link, and the site states the country and population a figure was measured in. Sources change, guidance is revised, and errors happen. Content is provided as is, without a promise that it is current or complete. If you find a claim that is wrong, telling us is welcome and useful.
Acceptable use
Do not submit anyone else's personal or health information through this site, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers. You may quote and link to the guides with attribution.
Changes
