Every price Sehat plans to charge, on one page, before anything is for sale. A brand asking this community for trust should not hide what it intends to charge.

There is no checkout on this site, nothing here can be bought, and no care is delivered. These are planned launch prices, and launch itself depends on filling two clinical leadership roles that are still open. The waitlist sets the order people are contacted in if that happens.
The front door
Start with a measurement, not a prescription

What the panel is planned to include
- A1C
- Fasting insulin
- Lipids with ApoB
- 25-OH vitamin D
- Vitamin B12
- hs-CRP
No prescription, no medicine, and no BMI gate to get the panel. An hs-CRP result, for example, is a test used to estimate risk of heart disease, not a treatment.[3]
This is planned as the first thing to open, because it is the honest version of the offer. The thing standard care gets wrong for this population is the threshold at which someone gets measured at all: the American Diabetes Association already says testing should be considered from a BMI of 23 in people of Asian ancestry with at least one other risk factor, against 25 otherwise.[1]
Getting measured properly is a real service. What a clinician then decides to do with the results is a clinical judgment about one specific person, and it is not something a price list can promise in advance.

Why the two weight programs do not name a medicine
Two different prescription medicines sit behind those two tiers. We do not print their names on a preview site. Which one is appropriate, or whether any medicine is appropriate at all, is a decision for a clinician who has assessed one specific person, and Sehat has no clinicians today. Naming a medicine next to a price, before any of that exists, is how a price list turns into an advertisement for a prescription.
One related thing worth saying plainly. Screening thresholds are not prescribing thresholds. The lower screening BMI for Asian ancestry[1] is a trigger to test, and the ADA notes the same lower figure appears in Medicare eligibility for the diabetes prevention program.[2] Neither is a qualification for any medicine, and Sehat will not advertise a BMI number as one.

Cut from the plan. It needs a reproductive endocrinology bench and a referral network Sehat does not have, and offering it without those would be a promise we could not keep.
At launch, subscription renewals are planned to price below the initial plan, and the renewal figure will be printed here before anyone can be charged. Prices on this page are planned figures for a service that does not exist yet, and they can change before launch.
